How do you truly protect intellectual property in your day-to-day work life? Why would you ever think that someone on your "team" would take credit for what you've done? How do you broach the subject without coming across as a pitiful whiner? Especially when you don't have what some would consider "proof?" I've had this happen at two different jobs with two different "team" members. Maybe I just need to be more cocky and aggressive.
